Personally I dont think Justin Miller has a clue about marketing and whatever advice he has relied upon is poor.
Walmart in contrast are a sales and marketing machine , they would have a far better idea as where a products appropriate price point is.
Given that Walmart want to compete aggressively in the OTC category, they would of done their research as to what the category offering needs to be , it doesnt guarantee success but they would have the data and information to maximise the success potential.
That is a far better situation for NUH to be in than what they used to do trying to flog product online and via a handful of bricks and mortar stores. That was never going to work.
