This is the "working capital" issue that we still have to resolve. If NUH gets rolled by Flex and the retail stores, then NUH might have to do a capital raise for working capital.

I know when I ordered my IQBuds online, I paid upfront, NUH took my money and eventually they will send me my buds - - so they've got a good deal out of me! Same with the Indiegogo backers...

But what deal does Flex offer and Best Buy shops?

Great question.

Market will remain hesitant until working capital arrangements gets resolved.

I for one believe there will be a cornerstone type investor that will provide NUH with $$$ and take a major stake in the company, all in my opinion of course.

I just can't see NUH going to share holders or the sophisticated investors as the process is too drawn out, cheers.
