This would indicate that this announcement was in the works for a while and its release was no surprise.

Stock would need some serious volume to go over 8cents let alone 10cents. Probably need to trade >12-15m for at least a week period.

Don't see any forecasted sales figures or at least some kind of "target sales figures". Like all the "Best Buys/Australian Government/Brookstone etc" provided a possible distribution network but crap-all sales. Greatest "sales" is actually R&D refund.

I think there will be more announcements especially with regards to IQLive and IQBud Max coinciding with CES 2019.
