I know existing shareholders don’t want to hear it, but they need to raise large and to do that they will need to raise low. I have no experience or qualifications but I’d be doing a 2 for 1 rights issue at 5 cents. People will ask why so low but it’s got to be attractive after the last failed raise and it could be partially underwritten at a good discount. Look at the cost (in dollar and SP) terms of the last raise to see the alternative.
