Concerning dilution, in North America i have seen a company (money losing start-up) try for the umpteenth time to tap the market for another CR and was refused by the exchange.

It went immediately bankrupt. They could not prove to the exchange that the company could eventually make money and be a going concern.

The moral of the story.... don't be so sure that Nuh will be successful at obtaining more Credit Raises from the market....

The longer that they are unprofitable the higher the risk that their application for additional funding will be denied..
