Yes, Catherine Morgan did state the 4Gen approval would be quicker and easier as they already have approval of the 3Gen product and the FDA filing is to add to a portfolio of products and is simplified and less onnerous than the initail filing, she explained it all during the Sept investor briefing. It is not clear whether they even have filed yet, yet they did state that the 4Gen it would be launched at CES so that would imply that an application had been made, yet yesterday's presentation suggested additional material needed to be filed??.

yesterday's presentation suggested all is not well and the company will be fully reliant on Gen 3 sales for at least the next 9 months.

and here's me thinking they will have ceased Gen 3 production in order to sell down existing stock in anticipation of Gen 4 production / release

that would appear not to be the case.
