I have been in the game long enough to know. Usually big sellers wait for 1 or 2 million or so buyers at the highest price then suddenly wipe out the block. Then the block grows back to 1 or 2 million again then they wipe it again.

they don't put massive sell orders in. The only people who would do that is to bring the price down, with no intention to sell. Because nobody is going to buy when there's 7 million available, we're going to bid lower
