I am 99.9% sure that these instos will not have invested in NUH without Lind been given or are about to be given notice that their debt of $850k is about to be repaid.

There is absolutely no way that they would have allowed the Lind instrument to remain in place.

Lind unfortunately still have aprox 18mil shares on registry before Christmas, hopefully this is sold in next week or so and then we will rerate.

Lind may have been a necessary evil back when no other options, but hell are they costly. My estimate is that NUH would have been at 8-9c without Linds relentless selling. That has cost NUH aprox an extra 10% dillution.
