The rule is you always seek new investors.
It is new investors who will drive the share price. They will also look at it with a fresh set of eyes.
As you can see most existing investors as evidenced on this forum are jaded and can no longer see the forest from the trees and cannot even see the business NUH is in.
Unfortunately market ineptitude has been a feature of the current CEO , why would you even do a rights issue?
