Yes good point. Need good management to steer us thru these times. Big companies can screw you over. I sense lot to play out, will be some ups and downs along the way maybe with a raise thrown in. You do need cash to protect yourself when in negotiations.
noone can say our tech is not good enough with big companies on our doorstep. It would be good to know what the offer was and from who.
