I agree that noone should rely on headlines to trade. But many, many do - and management should know that.
I agree the body of the announcement was more clear in its message.

If they felt the need to comment on the Bose news (which I think they should have) - and reassure the market that NUH was reacting quickly, they probably should have had "Bose Self-fitting Hearing Device" in the title and "Price Sensitive:No"

There was no mention of Bose in the title, nor the 3 summary bullet points. In fact no mention until the 3 paragraph of the main body.

Like I said - probably the only ill-considered thing I've seen them do - so I should temper my criticism a bit.

They needed to make an announcement - they probably just could have executed better.

Nuheara have no control over 'Price sensitive' or not. That is decided by ASX.
