Depending what you believe on the web, their revenue isn't massive and I wouldn't be expecting a significant jump in ACV. Don't forget that Rampiva is just an add-on for an existing Nuix licence too.
It's not the worst purchase by Nuix.. Automation is something they've tried to do for years now, and have failed to deliver each time. It was even mentioned in the IPO as something they wanted/needed to do. Nothing has come from that, and if you search hard enough you will find some "Investigative Reporting" about it
It's a little more than 2M, especially if they hit their targets (which are unlikely IMO)..
To round this out, it's interesting that Rampiva have a Reveal-Brainspace connector eh..?
