Will be interesting to see what happened to the `escrowed` shares. I think the logical step for participants who own(ed) these escrowed shares and are under investigation would be to get those shares into cash ASAP as suspect it would be much easier for ASIC to stop the sale of said shares than try and retrieve cash held outside the securities market. As far as I am concerned, the sooner the better actually ... especially at these low price levels.
