The info reported by the Australian seems to have leaked from Barrenjoey.
Two things if true:
- Perhaps why Nuix can confidently state that it has not received an offer and the CEO is within his rights to buy on market. Today's ASX ann.
- Perhaps shows a workable takeover solution is possible - amongst the court drama. The Australian has previously reported on a possible framework to get around this - expected bid report in the Aus.
Don't fire up. Just an idea.
