Look out a bit further because the players that are lobbing bids are doing this. I can promise you that if they think the lawsuit and the future of the cpy`s technology is not going to work they would not be entertaining this. To put it simply, these guys and gals have done the hard research work and are saying it is time to buy. Pretty simple stuff really. At this price range they want a deal! I for one will not sell at a low price as I am happy to own into the AI sweet spot of 2025/26++. That the CEO bought shares is great. I don`t care as a shareholder if he had previous information. All it says to me as a shareholder is maybe best to hang onto my shares ... he obviously thinks so .. Of course if he agrees to a deal at $1:25 for a short sharp profit then time for ASIC to have a chat. I think $5++ after 2024/5

Also were Macquarie stands on this is the key. Nothing is happening without their agreement. They may decide to cut and run, after all they made a bunch on the IPO. I hope I am wrong but my experience is all investment banks betray individual shareholders.

Can't believe people are seeing this as good news, they literally swindled shareholders out of billions of dollars and now they are selling at pennies on the dollar leaving no real opportunity for holders to recover their losses. They will most likely sell out for a Volume weight averaged price for the last quarter which would probably be at the 80c range, can you imagine how many people are actually in profit at 80c gotta be in the single digit % GLTH
