Some really emotional posts by people. Companies are run over the long term - have a look at Amazon (no I am not comparing NXL to Amazon but the same gist). Look out a bit further because the players that are lobbing bids are doing this. I can promise you that if they think the lawsuit and the future of the cpy`s technology is not going to work they would not be entertaining this.
To put it simply, these guys and gals have done the hard research work and are saying it is time to buy. Pretty simple stuff really. At this price range they want a deal! I for one will not sell at a low price as I am happy to own into the AI sweet spot of 2025/26++.
That the CEO bought shares is great. I don`t care as a shareholder if he had previous information. All it says to me as a shareholder is maybe best to hang onto my shares ... he obviously thinks so ..
Of course if he agrees to a deal at $1:25 for a short sharp profit then time for ASIC to have a chat.
I think $5++ after 2024/5
