I've seen the rip-off artists and the incompetents on the ASX. But never have I seen the two charateristics interwined so thoroughly in one company.
But what should I expect from an IPO that conducted it's foundation deals inside Long Bay Jail with a convicted fraudster and money launderer.
The CEO has to go now, surely (along with the $28M he made from the IPO).
We, the shareholders, will be left with a class action over the prospectus, and court case to pay that former CEO $200M, and a rudderless toxic work culture that is taking the business nowhere.
I hope Macquarie will step in and stop this ship from sinking. But I'm not holding my breath.
