I don't have any shares in Nuix. From an outsider's point of view, I really don't know what to make of any of this. Ok, so the warrant relates to a current or past employee / contractor. It seems like this company is a real sh*t magnet. Any manure floating in its orbit seems to be attracted. Mind you, manure is a good for the garden so fingers crossed for green shoots soon.
I'm a massive fan of Aussie tech. I hope this warrant news blows over fast and the share price pops. I don't want another foreign takeover. Can't help but think Nuix went public too soon. Brand has been hammered of late. Heart goes out to those who work there and are giving it their best. Good luck to those of you who hold shares. Hope you bag a profit!
