I wonder if Nufarm are thinking about spinning off Nuseed? It could make sense.
I am sure Nuseed, given its strong potential could be ascribed a higher implicit value standing alone. The canola/omega-3 opportunity is large.
As a conglomerate of pesticides, fertilsers and seeds it is all somewhat valued at the risk in pesticides.
So it is a potential case of 1 and 1 equaling 3.
Just a thought, especially as the Nuseed division is making these separate presentations.
