The HOA will not see the transfer of the most valuable IP to a new venture with fresh money. The most valuable IP is the membranes which remain in NuSep. PrIME will have to buy the membranes from NuSep to make its process work. In a nutshell we hold the future of PrIME in NuSep’s hands. This way we win twice. Firstly, we will have 50% of the profits from PrIME, which we will run on a day to day basis, and on the sale of the membranes to PrIME.
