re: Ann: NuSep Restructures Board and Company... Rager, the proposal looks as though it is going to add to overhead costs, which isn't much fun for us shareholders.
But I suppose if we are going to have partners co-invest in our projects then they need to have some role in supervising operations and decision making.
I can't help but think that one reason why the co-investors insisted on this is because they weren't v. impressed with the corporate governance that the board has displayed to date. This may also be the reason why the share price hasn't taken off yet.
