Best outcome for shareholders. There was only 1 winner in all of this unusual deal, if the numbers were hit or not, someone still got a payout.
NutSys still walk away winners and grinners regardless. Some large brands jumped ship over to NutSys. NutSys are strong enough to survive this pandemic, depending on the length of its existence.
