Also need to factor in that as the company has less than $400k cash (according to last qtly) and that they will need to raise and shortly ... 400k will not last long.

Mgmt must be kicking themselves that they did not ann a cap raise on the 28 Jul when the SP hit 9c, now the price is approx 3c ...perhaps a golden opportunity missed ... ?

I feel sorry for those that bought late into the spike only to have their investment fall hard and now have to face the prospect of a largish dilution.
