It's a very significant deal for the following reasons. Mach 7 announces the Novodia deal on November 1st and some seven weeks later Novodia have enough clients to sign up to $500K a year. There has either been latent demand or switching by clients from previous incumbent. As demand from clients grows they will need to purchase additional licenses. As a partner as contrasted to a reseller Novodia will take on the responsibilities of implementation and support after training by Mach 7 - a true partnership. This is a very significant announcement. Mach7's product is software that clients are prepared to subscribe to or license and implementation and support is a necessary service to assist in selling the software - it's not the key profit centre. A pure volume based software subscription deal with an engaged partner that will provide implementation and support after training is ideal.
