I agree Dragan, this is a very good announcement, it shows the company is now serious, they know more than anyone else of their financial disasters. The company cannot afford another speculative deal, which would zap the remaining cash in the coffers.
I am a long term shareholder and I, for one, am going to sit this one out, mainly because I can't sell, but first opportunity to re-coup some on my outlay over the last 10 years I will be out like a flash. The share re-construction was always going to happen.
I do note that what the company is trying to do is at least in the right direction given the mining boom.
