What does this actually mean? I thought we had convincingly proved that NUZ-001 was promoting autophagy. Is it saying that NUZ-001 had no effect on the MSC-34 motor neuron cell line and therefore must be working its magic in another way?

is this really a good outcome?

1. Does it bring into doubt the moa....wasnt it autophagy. Now that may not be consistent. Casts doubts does it not?

2. Small but significant. Sounds like window dressing. Small effects, likely less impact in human complexities.

Not being negative but I dont see this as building on the good news on nuz so far, and almost brings more doubt.
