Hi @Boffin99 have you done the calcs to know how this might translate to a per kg body weight? Would be interesting to know.
Sweet spot for ALS 10mg, after which the "biphasal" nature of NUZ-001 kicks in. Yet we are potentially looking at other biomarkers here, so would be interesting to see if different dose levels are optimal for different indications... hopefully before toxic threshold is reached...
