There has been quite a change. You need to read through all the news flow through 2021. Fastest way to do that is here. I suggest you work chronologically from January 2021 to now.
The plan remains for a starter pit at Korbel ( the basis of the pending scoping study ), however it seems clear they will also prove up part of RPM and this will be added into the mine plan later ( maybe 3-5 years after payback and cashflow at Korbel ).
From a maturity perspective RPM is about 2-3 years behind Korbel but I think they will mature part of the resource to indicated in 2022.
