Mate I have been doing mining deals for nigh on 70 years -maybe fifty JV's where I have received an upfront consideration and retained a 30% free carried equity -but ALL those deals were for GRASS ROOTS projects not an ADVANCED GOLD PROJECT like Tiboorburra.

Ask Mark Creasy -ask anyone of our experience and vintage and you won't get a single person to agree with you - you DONT I repeat give away an advanced gold project like Tibooburra on the terms MHC have accepted.

I could get a similar deal to the one MHC have just concluded for one of my grass roots project right now. Clearly you have no experience or any idea of the value of gold projects if you think that the MHC deal is a good deal. And I wouldn't touch Novo with a barge pole -
