Agree, NVX taking the long road here with vertical integration rather than a quick flip (must admit would have preferred the quick flip ie cash) but many hurdles to overcome ie permits, build, offtakes, finance etc etc.The IPO will need some sweeteners in there to get it over the line.See what the prospectus holds but kinda ironic the IPO price is the same as NVX (GRA) back in the day and what a long journey this has been....yet here we are again, another great opportunity or flop, time will tell .
