With all the stars aligning and so many great news coming in, why is the share price still stagnant*? If it's such a done deal, methinks that $440M market cap should be a bargain and all the investors should be fighting over each share. However, it is not happening and market is as doubtful as ever.
* In my view, the company is actually still overvalued.
