Clearly this is just the start of more Tier 1 offtakes, but after continual process NAM recently met all technical specifications, the question is "was today's announcement the last box to be ticked for NVX to move to DD for the LPO loan"?
I suspect there will be another big offtake before we hear about the super-big super-cheap government backed loan, but I'm happy to be wrong.
