The key challenge for NVX isn't construction, it is manufacturing. That will be his first key challenge.
NVX are fortunate enough that they have a facility ready to go, that will eventually be able to produce 20ktpa. CEO needs to get to work.
With the info I have seen, he certainly ticks a number of boxes.
I am more sympathetic re: construction, that has impacted everyone in the industry (Kore for instance too).
