It is fantastic to have the St Baker Energy Innovation Fund underwriting this CR and will be sitting as Novonix's major shareholder on the NVX share register, post CR.
Together with the ~52million shares owned by the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team, it will protect us if any takeover offer arises, as our profits start to surge with production at the PUREgraphite plant and Royalties from the Dry Particle Microgranulation patent!
They know the EV and Grid Storage space and energy management better than most, also owning Tritium Fast Chargers and Evie charging stations.
