Wow! How big is this? Yesterday everyone was angry that Morgan's was getting shares at $0.29. I was mildly upset having just topped up at $0.46 but this just means I have the opportunity to buy more.
I've been involved with 2 SPPs now - PPE and EOS but I've never seen a 1:1 entitlement offer. This looks like the most fair way to do a SPP. The $40M cancelled options is great news too. Am I missing anything or is this all great news with a very fair and reasonable CR for existing SH's?
