Eligible 1 share for every share held. If some shareholders do not take up some or all shares, they will be made available- the aim is to get all shares taken up so that the $ target is reached.
if you go to the NVX site, there are a number of documents on the Investor part that explain your entitlement.
Remember if you buy on Friday, you’ll almost certainly be paying well above $0.29. The upside is that the share price will eventually rise, so if you are confident of that, it’s an easy decision.
