I believe they're only referring to the take-off with KORE and have additional capacity, hence the last paragraph of their 'about' section (e.g. Riverside up to 30k capacity by 2025, not 12k by 2028 (refer below).
Like others said, lets hope more deals in the pipeline, they certainly appear on the surface to have good connections.
