I don't understand what is the confusion. 10tpa refers to the capacity to support the supply contract to Kore (see latest AGM presentation Page 10).
Alternatively you an check the Morgan broker report (Feb 22), that says:
"Supply will commence in 2024, starting at 3ktpa and ramping to 12ktpa in 2027 for an initial five-year period"
So unless i am missing something, this is just a "we are on track" kind of update
