Same, it sounds like that to me too. That is an extremely slow ramp up process as well, to reach 12k tonne only in 2028.
My only question is the 12k tonne in 2028 restricted by their sales or capability, ie. no one is ordering as of now hence no rush to get to 12k tonne or this is the fastest they can go. I hope it isn't the latter..
