OK. This system of heap leaching does it require environmental studies and such to be done onsite location ?
Waste and or tailings dams built to secure waste disposal.
Also the better recovery rate from mill compared to heap leaching would cover the costs of third parties ?
Water is available all is at the Challenger Mill also existing licensing and Enviro studies probably waste disposal in the form of an existing tailing dam/holding facility. Infrastructure, power & probably camp accommodation all done just truck the ore. Same trucks that take it to the leaching facility just a longer journey to the ROM Pad at the process plant.
