I think that I am 12 years or more ...... dementia is setting in ..... I look forward to catching up with all of you again hopefully at this years AGM. Capital gains in Agricultural land is keeping all of us here on the farms .... earnings are problematic ..... a bit like NWE ...... stress just keeps building. The lockdowns over here and the virus has caused a lot of new people to buy small holdings to get away from the cities .... the supermarket in town today was chock a block full of new people .... really good to see ...... some more than others .... lol ..... sorry .... that would make me a naughty boy .... !!!! This has driven demand and all the houses and the blocks of ground are multiple times the price of 18 months ago. Asset rich and cash poor .... does this sound familiar ... ?????
