MIN down approx. 8% since NWE agreed on Jan.24th - what knowledge did the NWE board have regarding the value of MIN. to advise NWE SHLDRs to accept?
If the offer was pegged to MIN's closing price on that day Jan.24th as a minimum, just maybe MIN's offer could be considered?
I'd still ask the bid be pegged to MIN's mid-2022 pricing, ie double the Jan. 24th level (now diminishing daily) agreed to by NWE board!
