True! That's the gist of what happened! But other curious aspects of the whole story & possible strategies involved will always remain in the minds of holders, including how the minnow and its inoperable 'gold-plated' refinery got itself into that unfortunate position and how it fared. Water under the bridge now, but despite the sad saga losing me some dollars, it also caused my investment focus to switch from oil/gas to lithium and that has been worth the lesson.
