As I said in a previous post .... it is easy to ask a question. But is that question relevant or is it some intellectual brainstorm to establish new assertiveness and to stamp authority?
In my opinion if all the questions and the research from the past has been fulfilled and there has been no evidence of any damage or detrimental effects recorded, then the new questions might be an interesting area of inquirey but it should not hold up the industry accepted practices. The department can take the opertunity to conduct research as the seismic is being undertaken but allow the seismic to occurr.
Beaurocratic thought bubbles should not put industry at risk.
