I breifly flicked through the document and I found it to be extremely detailed and I encourage you to take the time to familiarize yourselves with it.
I was impressed.
The only bit that I could find that may require furthere information was a reference to the effects of the air hammers on the rock lobsters when they are in malt(shedding their skins) some may encounter adverse outcomes .... they don't die but some funny effects occur .... as I read it.
So if it is not a malt period for the lobsters there should not be a problem.
Anyway I'll be interested to read other peoples take on the report.
