If anyone is going to get this done it is Shelley. In today's environment it does not pay to bull doze. Just a matter of mutual understanding. I am sure all parties will come to an understanding. No one wants to be a "dog in the manger".
Years ago it would have been done in a day. Such is life. Patience required.
