I think it means they are encouraged to keep spending money to drill and log and because they promised to keep us informed they are doing that before the weekend so all the glass half empty guys don't whine too much that they are being kept in the dark. They are just doing what they said they would do and tell us. And yes it is price sensitive because the opposite is saying it is a dud and they are plugging it which of course they are not saying.
