Yep. They really cant say much. They also cant really comment for no reason on share price movements. They are meant to be running the company not watching the ticker tape.
If there is something material to say they will say it.
They wont say dont panic about the low share price all is going well its overdone.
Seems cheap tho. Seems like they are saying Samsung aint paying. If they pay they will bounce.
Hard to fight a massive company though. Cost you more to fight them than its worth most of the time.
