Any chance the Samsung negotiations could be worse than expected i.e. not only can NWH not book a profit but they cannot fully recover all their costs from Samsung which would mean the contract was loss making?

PS- Btw, it may be coincidental but had to throw my Samsung away because screen cracked and chipped me. Maybe I should recover some of my NWH losses by suing them for grievous bodily harm
