Did you read point 12 in the half yearly they needed the contract extension to have any opportunity of finances being reviewed. Long term borrowings have now been placed into current liabilities. NWH now a hostage to a/ Samsung discussions and b/ settling of finances/banking covenants which both seem to fall due on the same day. With that in mind there was never going to be a dividend payment. Will diarise for 1st April. Best of luck everyone.
